To create and maintain an active account on 1cccc, the user must meet all of the following requirements:
Only one account per CPF is allowed. Attempting to create multiple accounts for the same CPF — whether using different email addresses or other altered details — will result in all linked accounts being blocked and balances held pending review.
The 1cccc reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the user's identity (KYC process). Refusing to provide the requested documents may result in temporary suspension of the account and withdrawals.
The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials and password confidential. Any activity carried out using the account credentials is the account holder's responsibility. If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must contact support immediately at 1cccc via live chat.
Users are responsible for keeping their registration details up to date — especially their email address and mobile number, which are used for authentication and security communications. Outdated information may prevent access to support or delay withdrawal validation.
Accounts with no activity (login, deposit, or bet) for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. The 1cccc will send an email notification before taking any action regarding inactive accounts. Balances in inactive accounts are preserved and can be recovered upon account reactivation.
The 1cccc accepts the following deposit methods for users in Brazil:
All deposits must be made from accounts or payment instruments held in the name of the platform account holder. Deposits made by third parties will be reversed and may result in account suspension.
The 1cccc does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's financial institution are the user's own responsibility.
Deposits made via bank slip or card may experience delays due to factors outside 1cccc's control, such as banking network instability. In these cases, please contact support and provide your payment receipt.
The user may request a withdrawal of their available wallet balance at any time, provided that:
The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. The 1cccc does not charge any fees on withdrawals. The maximum number of withdrawal requests per day may be limited in accordance with the current security policy.
Withdrawal requests above R$ 5,000.00 may be subject to additional verification in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations (Law No. 9,613/1998). The 1cccc may request supporting documents proving the source of funds to meet legal obligations.
A bet is considered confirmed once the user completes the transaction and receives on-screen confirmation. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded by the user, except in cases covered by these terms (event cancellation or postponement).
If an event is cancelled before it begins, all related bets will be fully refunded to the user's wallet. If the event is postponed, pre-game bets remain valid for the new date, provided the event takes place within 30 days. Events not held within that period are treated as cancelled for refund purposes.
The 1cccc makes every effort to publish accurate odds. However, in the event of an obvious error (odds significantly outside market standards), the platform reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and refund the staked amount, even if the event has already taken place. Users will be notified by email if a bet is cancelled due to an odds error.
Live bets are subject to broadcast delays. The 1cccc may temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments of an event to protect the integrity of the odds. Any bets placed during a market suspension will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
Results are settled based on the official sources of each competition. For the Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, and Libertadores, the official source is the CBF. For international leagues, the relevant governing bodies are used (UEFA, FIFA, etc.). For e-sports such as CBLOL, CS2, and Valorant, results are settled according to the official scores published by the tournament organizers.
The casino games available on the 1cccc — including slots, live casino, crash games, and others — are provided by licensed developers and certified by independent auditing authorities. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available in the game's own information section.

The rollover must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. If the rollover is not met within this period, the remaining bonus balance will be forfeited with no right to a refund.
The user agrees not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the services of the 1cccc:
Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account blocking, cancellation of pending bets and bonuses, and balance holds pending internal investigation. Conduct that constitutes a criminal offense may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Users may request account closure at any time via live chat support or by emailing suporte@1cccc.net. Before closure, all eligible balances must be withdrawn. Closure is processed within 5 business days of the request.
The 1cccc may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases: breach of these Terms; fraudulent conduct; use of insider information; multiple accounts; failure in the KYC process; or any activity that poses a legal, regulatory, or security risk to the platform or other users.
In the event of account closure due to fraudulent conduct, the 1cccc reserves the right to hold balances pending investigation and, if fraud is confirmed, to cancel the balance in full.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of the services of the 1cccc shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Brazilian courts.

The courts of the district of São Paulo — SP are hereby designated as the competent jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, with all other jurisdictions expressly waived, regardless of how privileged they may be.
This document is written in Brazilian Portuguese and constitutes the official binding version. In the event of a translation into another language, the Portuguese text shall prevail. Current version in effect since January 1, 2026.
